These terms govern optional recurring transactional text notifications sent through Ministry Follow-Up.
Ministry Follow-Up sends care-assignment alerts, follow-up reminders, and related status notifications only to staff members and approved care-team volunteers who specifically opt in to this campaign. Messages may include limited assignment information and a secure link to review an assigned request and complete a follow-up report. The program does not send advertising, fundraising solicitations, weekly deals, or other promotional content.
You may enroll through the optional public web form at https://ministryfollowup.com/sms-enrollment. Those are the only methods used to collect consent for this campaign. Ministry Follow-Up does not use verbal, paper, QR-code, purchased-list, shared, transferred, or third-party consent.
On the web form, you enter your contact information and actively select a separate optional SMS checkbox. The checkbox is unchecked by default. SMS consent is separate from these terms and from every other agreement. The form can be submitted with the checkbox left unchecked, and the mobile-number field appears and becomes required only after SMS is selected. SMS consent is not required to use Ministry Follow-Up, serve on a care team, receive assignments by another available method, purchase anything, or receive church services.
Message frequency varies according to care assignments and follow-up activity. Msg & data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel. After opting out, you may receive one confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance, contact info@ministryfollowup.com.
Our SMS Privacy Policy explains how mobile and consent information is handled. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Care assignments are confidential. Do not forward assignment messages or private links, and promptly notify a care leader if a message reaches you in error.
Compassion Innovations LLC may update these terms as the program changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued enrollment after a material update may require renewed consent.
